When you buy a ServerSupermarket Server you are backed up by our team of trained technicians. You have full control over your server to install the software you need. Our comprehensive technical support package includes the following:
- Raise support tickets 24/7 via the ServerSupermarket.net website*
- Remote hands support during standard support hours
- Remote reboot your server 24/7 via control panel
- IP-KVM sessions available (2 per month included)**
- Server re-image service available***
- OS / Application support available***
- Emergency out of hours support available***
- Full root access to your server / Administrator RDP for Windows servers
- OS installation files available for installing additional components
- We monitor and support our core network and internet links 24/7
- * We aim to respond to all tickets within 1 hour during our normal support hours.
- ** IP-KVM sessions will be set up during normal hours, but can be accessed 24/7 until the issue is resolved.
- *** These services are charged on a per incident basis at the following rates:
- Server re-image £50
- OS / Application support £75 per hour (1/2 hour minimum)
- Our normal support hours are Mon-Fri 7am-7pm and Weekends 9am-5:30pm (except bank holidays), support outside these hours is available for a cost of £100 per hour (min 1 hour)
